JOB SUMMARY: Provide strategic direction and financial support for Marketing & Sales executive management to drive optimal financial spend and impact of marketing resources. Contributes to the long and short term strategic planning and annual budgeting processes.
Partner with Marketing & Sales executive management to determine the optimal allocation of financial resources (ie between parks, channels, and discipline).
Strategize with Marketing & Sales executive management to manage the annual spend while achieving attendance goals. Contribute to long term planning model and develops annual operating plans as well as near term forecasts.
Lead financial analysis and lookbacks for Marketing & Sales executive management.
Lead development of the various financial presentations for Marketing & Sales executive management
Lead, train, supervise the Universal Parks & Resorts Marketing finance team.
Experience managing finance specifically for marketing function, with heavy emphasis on digital spend
Strong analytical skills
Effective business partner, strong leader and collaborator
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in Finance – Required. Master’s degree – Preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 7 – 10 years supervisory financial management required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
